Breakfast banana boost is a super easy banana overnight oats recipe which will give you that much needed boost in the morning. And set you on the right course for the day!
Here’s a healthy banana overnight oats breakfast recipethat I call breakfast banana boost.
It doesn't take longer than 5 minutes to measure out all the ingredients and mix them up in a bowl ready for the morning.
It's similar to my version of Bircher Muesli, in that it needs to be made the evening before, and stored in the fridge overnight.
This way the oats have time to absorb the liquid and the banana flavour, which is what gives you the "boost" in the morning!
This healthy make ahead breakfast only requires a handful of ingredients.
You can easily make this overnight oats banana breakfast recipe your own by changing / varying the toppings. There's no limit of flavour combinations!
Overnight oats are cheap to make. You can easily make these the night before and take them to work with you saving you thoe cost of buying a breakfast.
You'll also love that there is hardly any washing up involved here because you can mix everything together in the same bowl!
