Standard Delivery - £4.98

Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday or before 12pm Friday (excluding bank holidays) using our Standard Delivery option will be delivered within 2-3 working days, when in stock. Parcels are tracked with proof of delivery under this service. This service is FREE on orders over £50.

Next Day Delivery - £6.98

Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday or before 12pm Friday (excluding bank holidays) using our Next Day delivery option will be delivered next day to a specified mainland UK delivery address, within a 1 hour window slot. Parcels are also tracked under this service.

Please note that we make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. However, during the peak back to school period (August - September) no order is guaranteed to be delivered within the estimated time.

Returns

We will be happy to refund or exchange any items that you are not completely satisfied with, as long as they are returned in an unused condition within 14 days of receipt for refunds and 60 days for exchanges. Returns may take up to 7 working days to reach Trutex . Returns should be posted using the ‘free post returns’ label to your nearest DPD shop. In Production Stock Status
