IT Workday/HRIS Configuration Analyst

Salary
: 120-125K + 7% Bonus
**** PLEASE NOTE, before applying, this is a TECHNICAL position with a strong background in Workday from a configuration/reporting prospective. It is a full time position and the candidate must be a Green Card holder or be a US Citizen.HRIS
Primary back-up to the Senior Human Resources Information System and Workforce Analyst. Evaluate, analyze, and maintain the Bank's HRIS.
Configure and maintain system business processes, integration and components.
Human Resources
Test and implement new versions, releases, and fixes to the HR solution platforms based on the Bank's standard test plans.
Diversity & Inclusion Data Analyst
Lead in the preparation and submission of timely and accurate quarterly and annual reports to the Bank's Board of Directors, Senior Management, and the Federal Housing Finance Board.
Perform formal quality control and quality assurance of data prior to presentation to various constituents.
Performing in-depth data analytics, including quantitative, statistical, and comparative analysis, to determine patterns and recognize trends; prepare a variety of reports and presentations for practice groups, administrative departments, management, and clients.
Help develop and refine performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of activities supporting the Bank's Diversity and Inclusion Program and Strategic Plan.
Responsibilities:
Support the Bank's Information Security policy by enforcing security standards and executing security procedures on a day-to-day operational basis for HR applications, including administering user accounts and data access permissions.
Lead, execute, and finalize small to large cross-functional projects according to agreed-upon deadlines and within budget. Includes coordinating the efforts of internal team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. Defines the project's objectives and oversees quality control throughout its life cycle.
Assist the Director of Diversity & Inclusion with developing, utilizing, and performing quality control/quality assurance of D&I related data and completing regular reports that are submitted to the Bank's Board of Directors, Senior Management and the Federal Housing Finance Agency that help support the Bank's ability to measure its progress towards its D&I strategic goals.
This position will report to the Manager, Payroll, Benefits & Human Resources Information System ( "HRIS”).
